Muscle Sculpture personal training is for individuals of any age and fitness level as well as the extreme natural bodybuilders. I’ll provide you with an individualized program tailored to meet your goals, health and fitness needs. I offer a FREE 45 min consultation to determine your fitness level and set fitness/health goals.

STRENGTH TRAINING/TONING/MUSCLE BUILDING

I will not only train and show you the latest trends and the proper technique to strengthen your body, tone up and build lean muscles, but I also will teach and guide so you will have no second guesses once you step on the weight floor.

WEIGHT LOSS AND MAINTENANCE

I’ll make you understand how your body works with your heart rate and the right amount, time and intensity of cardio to optimize weight loss without compromising tone or muscles loss.

NUTRITION/FOOD MANAGEMENT

I will educate and improve your diet in a healthy way to accommodate your goal in a slow and easy process without depravation and hunger. I will teach you how to make the right choices to live a healthier and more active life.

Progress Monitoring

Body fat % analysis will be taken every month along with pictures to monitor the level of your progress, at no extra charge even after your desired goal has been achieved.

All of the information above will be included with your “Home Package”, that is easy to follow and understand. The Home Package is a self-evaluation guide designed to keep you focused and committed to your goal. My goal as a trainer is to see you one day all by yourself, with confidence and knowledge that I will pass on to you so you can face even bigger challenges in the future.

Terms and conditions

You Must:

  • Commit to 3 training sessions per week
  • Follow a customized nutrition program
  • Participate in a progressive cardio plan suited for your goal
  • Keep track of your progress with a provided program log
  • Turn in your progress log on a weekly basis
  • Miss a work out routine day
  • Miss cardio specified during the program
  • Fail to keep track of your progress log
  • Fail to follow your nutrition plan

BODY BUILDING

For bodybuilders I will provide everything you need from the beginning until the day of your show. Ordinarily you would need to hire 2 to 3 trainers in order to cover all the preparations necessary for a contest. However, I can do it all. My services will include your pre show training, progressive cardio, pre-contest diet , “peak week diet”, mandatory poses, artistic poses, choreography for your routine (edit CD included), color, and finally back stage support to make sure you will be perfect. With me you can have it all in one package!

I will provide you with your pre contest diet along with your “peak week diet”, weight training and toning, teach the mandatory poses, walk and color.

I will also make you understand on what to expect from the judges in the show regarding rules and details regarding posing suits. Last but not least I will provide you with back stage support to make sure you will be perfect and ready.

KAYAKING LESSONS

Not only am I a South American Kayak Champion, but I also have a true love for the sport. This is why I deeply enjoy training and teaching kayaking to new clients, especially in whitewater.

Training in these clinics may comprise of either 1 or 2 persons at the same time, excluding the advanced level. Training at each level will be as follows:

Beginner

You will learn every technique required to improve your power strokes which will enable you to propel your kayak more efficiently through the water. You will also be trained in basic moves and safety in the river. (Training will be done in class I to class III rivers only).

Intermediate

If you already have some experience in whitewater kayaking and also have done some river trips, it is time for you to learn how to “roll”, surf in river waves and ferry across and against the river current. Safety in the river will also be taught. (Training will be done in class I to class III+ rivers only).

Advanced

This is for those who already know how to roll and have more than 70% success ratio in it.

At this level you will learn how to recognize and choose the right route in the river, play boating…such as cartwheels, blunts, endos, even “hand rolls” and finally face a class IV to class VI+ river run. (Warning: No weak stomachs here! You need to be an adrenalin junkie like myself! LOL)

Regardless of what level you are, you will be provided with a kayak and all the gear needed for your run as well as a round trip to the river and even lunch-All in one package!

It is a fun and friendly trip that will teach you a lot about the sport of kayaking and the outdoors.

Rates and trip location vary depending on your choice of Beginner/ Intermediate /Advanced. ($125 to $300 a person per day). Trips will be on the weekends only.

SURFING LESSONS

This is a great way to grasp the fundamentals of surfing in a fun and safe way.

All you need is a desire to learn and the ability to swim. Surfing lessons include a surfboard and wetsuit (You may use your own gear if you have it). Lesson hours and locations depend on surf conditions and tides, as well as client preferences.

Once we arrive at the beach I will run through safety and etiquette tips and brief you on surfing techniques. Then it’s out in the water to surf, wipeouts and have fun!

Lesson days may vary depending on the water temperatures based on weather, wind and wave conditions.

Rates are $100 per person for a minimum of 2 hours and a max of 2 people at the same time.

ROCK CLIMBING

Learn how to rock climb with my clinic which will introduce the sport and teach the proper techniques and use of equipment so that student will be able to participate in a “top-rope” climbing experience. I will travel to a local climbing site where we will first work on the skills needed to climb responsibly and efficiently and then enjoy a selection of appropriate climbs to work on moving on rock. Belaying, bouldering, knot tying and efficient climbing techniques will be covered.

All gear and round trip travel will be provided… distance and rates of the trip vary upon the student’s preferences.

Rates are from $150 to $250 with a max of 3 people permitted at the same time. Each lesson will be a minimum of 2 hours.
